Client Policy Statement
Scope of Practice
I specialize in the following modalities:

◦        Post-Op Care

◦        Medical Massage

◦        Deep Tissue Massage

◦        Prenatal Massage

◦        Lymphatic Drainage

◦        Non-Invasive Body Contouring 

Payment methods accepted:
Insurance (PPO), FSA and HSA cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), Apply Pay, Venmo, Zelle and Cash.

Refund Policy:

◦        All sales are final, and Bodyworks by Design does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase of services or products under any circumstances. Services are transferrable, provided that the person is eligible for services.
 

Expiration date on services: 

◦        All Post-Op Care services must be used within 3 months from date of first use. After this date, services will expire, and no refunds will be provided. 

◦        All Body Contouring services must be used within 3-6 months from date of first use depending on how many sessions are purchased. After this date, services will expire, and no refunds will be provided. 

All massage services must be used within 12 months from date of first use. After this date, services will expire, and no refunds will be provided.

In calls and Outcalls (events and corporate wellness only)

Now Serving:
Orange County, Seminole County, Osceola County and Lake County (Includes: Orlando, Winter Park, Winter Springs, Ocoee, Osceola, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration, Clermont). Service costs do not include additional travel fee. (Call or email for details)
 
Etiquette:
Late clients will take from time of massage. (Exceptions may be provided on a case-by-case basis)

  • All cancellations require at least a 24-hour notice.

  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be responsible for a $35 cancellation fee. This must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

  • Same day cancellations will be responsible for a $50 cancellation fee. This must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

  • Any clients who do not show up for scheduled appointment and do not call ahead to cancel will be responsible for the full cost of treatment. This must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

  • Concerning hygiene, all clients must bathe prior to treatments. This makes for a more comfortable and therapeutic environment.

  • If any client is found to be under the influence of any drug, alcohol or any other intoxicant, session will be cancelled, and client will be responsible for the full cost of treatment.


Sexual Impropriety
Sexual innuendos, language and behavior will not be tolerated. Session will end immediately, and client will be charged full price if such an occurrence takes place.
